Managed Services

Webistix provides three tiers of managed services to support the full range of customer requirements.

Tier I basic IP-level monitoring is included with all co-location packages and is designed for clients that prefer to manage their server independently, although server maintenance and troubleshooting can be purchased on an as-needed basis.

Tier II and Tier III Managed Services Packages provide your business with complete "hands-off" server management, leveraging our technical support and Network Operations Center (NOC).

Using our managed services can reduce your company's expenses and/or provide a greater level of specialized service than you are currently receiving from your existing resources. Using our managed services can reduce or eliminate recruiting fees, training fees and overhead costs, and can free your existing IT resources to focus on core IT services.

Also available are managed security services that can help minimize the risk to your digital assets.

We also provide network-engineering services that can assist in deploying or troubleshooting your network infrastructure. These services are available on an hourly basis but can be purchased in pre-paid blocks as well.

  • Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, VPN's – we offer an array of solutions to meet your needs.
  • Domain Name Services – we can provide all your Domain Name needs, from registration and renewal, to transferring and redirects.

Service Level Agreements

A Service Level Agreement guarantees our performance and reliability in writing. Our goal is to ensure that, on average, no customer is without service for more than 4 hours per month. This translates to a monthly uptime of 99.7%. This goal includes downtime resulting from scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities and hardware, software and telecommunications failures.

Scheduled maintenance activities are conducted during off-peak hours with 2 weeks notice. In the event that emergency unscheduled maintenance activities are required, we follow pre-established notification procedures to ensure that you are notified.
