Webistix can provide your organization a managed client help desk service that will log and track all support issues received via phone, e-mail or created in the client portal. Monthly reports can be generated that provide full detail of issues reported and resolution so you can address training issues or repeat support issues within your organization.
Each support request will be routed to the appropriate party for research or immediate resolution based on the skill set required. If an on-site call is required, the help desk can automatically escalate the call to field service for scheduling.
